Freeze my amount in account

Hi in my account Rs150000 freeze from 23/01/2024

I went to bank so many time they told me my amount will b unfreeze with in 24 hours but nothing happen please assist me with it now I am overseas in South Africa I can not go to bank anymore I dnt know what to do anymore I need that amount?
