Free of cost bags

Dear Borjan Customer Service,
I hope you're well.
I recently shopped at your store and was surprised to find that you charge extra for shopping bags. This is disappointing, especially when many other brands provide bags free of cost — even on smaller purchases.
Despite spending over Rs. 10,000, I was still asked to pay for a bag that also displays your brand logo, which is essentially free advertising for Borjan. It feels unfair that customers are being charged to promote your brand.
I strongly suggest that Borjan offer free bags to all customers regardless of the purchase amount, as part of good customer service.
