Fraudulently sent Dress

Ordered size Large seeing the size chart. Received wrong size but the tag said “L” . Terms and conditions said “50% advance for process” but they took full payment. I ordered on 27th Feb and got the dress on 1st April after insistence. They werent cooperative. Werent replying. I ordered exactly “same as sample” and the receipt says this too but I received something entirely different. Change in style of stitching n size. I have a baby and have no days left so got a little changes done in it so that I may wear something on eid but fraud is fraud. This is so bad on their part. They took so much time n full payment in advance and now they do not reply. This is the worst one can do. I have called n messaged but they wouldnt respond. So bad.
