I paid my FESCO electricity bill using jazz cash app and it charged me 20 rupees of fee, I want my money back as the fee used to be 5 rupees.

Registered JazzCash account number.
Transaction ID.
Amount.
Date and Time of transaction.
Moreover, charges of utility bill payment are mentioned below: 

Rs. 5 per Utility bill payment will be charged for 3 Utility Bill payments in a month. (1-3rd Bill in a month, Rs. 5/Bill).
Rs. 20 per Utility bill will be charged for 4th to 9th Utility bill payment transactions (4-9th Bills in a month, Rs. 20/Bill).
Rs. 30 per Utility Bill will be charged for 10 and above Utility bill payment transactions. (10th and above UBP in a month, Rs. 30/Bill).
Updated UBP charges are for both USSD and App customers.

Note: Currently, the receipt will not show the total amount deducted (UBP Amount + Fee) if the transaction performed via App. Fee will be shown in UBP transaction SMS.
