earbuds defected peace

Hello, My Self Awais
i bought infinix xe22 earbuds from priceoye.pk on 01/02/2024
when i open my package its look all ok, then i removed protection seal from the buds, but battery was dead
then i put it on charging. after full charge i tried to connect the buds with my phone but there was a problem with buds,
one bud was not connecting with my phone, i tried too many times but it didn't worked
then i decided to returned it back to priceoye
please solve my issue, Thanks
