Disputed Transactions

I have transferred PKR 20,000 and PKR 500 from my JazzCash account to 3PATTILUCKY. Both amounts were successfully deducted from my JazzCash account, but the funds were not received in the 3PATTILUCKY application.



I contacted JazzCash support and was informed that the amount was successfully transferred to account number 033266*****21. I also received confirmation messages for both transactions.



However, I have checked with the 3PATTILUCKY support team, and according to them, they have not received any payment.



Kindly investigate this matter and advise where the transferred amounts have been credited. My JazzCash account number is 03462*****1.
