Deposit money into my quotex account but not received money in my quotex account

Resolved

I deposit $100 dollars which is equal to 30,429pkr on 23-December-2024.The amount deducted from my easypaisa account and not received in my quotex account balance.
Then I contact quotex they told me money is not received on their side and they tell me to ask refund from easypaisa.
I ask to refund my money from Easypaisa. Today they told me money is send from Easypaisa and received by Ecom Planet Private Limited.
Now please I asked you to give me my money back in the Easypaisa account from Ecom Planet Private Limited.
