DEPOSIT AMOUNT

I deposited Rs. 200 on 30 April-2025 but they are not transfered to receiver account and also not return back to me I sent them mail and they reply after three days and give a tracking ID. I Didn't know where to check status of my complaint through the id. This is the ID COM2700261. After 2 Days they said that your complaint has solved but the amount has not recieved to me nor other person.
