Delivery boy fraudulent activity and misbehave

I ordered a kids wear a sender use leapord courier service they delivered me wrong parcel (dirty and used ladies shrug) received COD and fled away. After a week of this incident they showed up again with another parcel, (again with the fake one). when my husband asked them to resolve our issue and for refund the delivery boy refuse to help instead he want us to pay for the second parcel. We got our money back but rider's behavior was very bad and rider said to his partner "is ghr ka address yad kar lo isko bad me dekh lain gain". Like they were trying to extort us. I am writing this complain in order to spread awareness please avoid leapord courier service they are not reliable and trustworthy, not even save.
