Deducting money from easypaisa account

PI Pakistan PVT LTD itself deduct RS 399 from my account .they itself deduct 399 rupees without any permission. How ridiculous is it ???
Why they deduct like that without any consent or approval.
I don't know if other people also go through from such situation .
