Deceit by Master Changan Motors and Changan Auto Stallion Sialkot of Car Deliver

I have been trying to get my vehicle (Oshan X7 Comfort Varient 2024).

I have paid the amount in Full on 28th september 2024 & I was assured/promised by the sales manager for the delivery of the vehicle within 10 days & upon checking and verifying from different sources I was told it can't be delivered before 1 month.
Yet after 1 Month I am given a lot of false promises & Delays because the company couldn't order proper parts on time which is kind of a joke as they have received the full payment of 8.26 MILLION (8,260,980 PKR) & when I confronted them about a FULL Refund they have told me they will be cutting 10% off the top as ******** COMPANY Policy!!!!

Which is such a joke as It was not a problem from my end.
