Deactivation of JazzCash account

I've been calling the helpline (4444) since the morning and their representatives are unable to logged a complaint or deactivate the account on my request. As they were keep on saying system is unavailable and there don't have any ETA to confirm when can this issue be resolved from their end.

As a consumer they charged us on each call attempt and calling them again and again is just sucking the balance from their loyal customers. Pathetic service of having JazzCash -Don't Register PLEASE!
