Daraz wallet transaction

I have contacted daraz help centre but they aren’t solving my case and took all my money. I have sent the money through my JazzCash account to the Daraz wallet but didn’t receive any amount on the wallet and when i contacted them they say over 50k PKR cannot be transferred to the Daraz wallet which nowhere was stated. My money has been deducted from my JazzCash account, and I have contacted the JazzCash help center. They confirmed that the money was transferred smoothly to the Daraz wallet. However, I have no idea where my money is now. Their agent informed me that the money would be reverted to my JazzCash account within 24-48 hours, but it has been more than 5 days, and I still haven’t received any refund. Please i want my money back.

Nimra, aapka paisa Daraz ke pas stuck hai - Ye 2 kaam karo foran wapas ayega: 1. Daraz Live Chat pe ye exact msg bhejo - 50K limit ka rule: Daraz App > My Account > Help Center > Live Chat pe ye bhejo: "I transferred over 50k PKR from JazzCash to Daraz Wallet on 18-04-2026. Money deducted from JazzCash - JazzCash confirmed successful transfer to Daraz Wallet. But not received in Daraz Wallet. Your agent said it will revert in 24-48 hrs but 5 days passed. This is Daraz system failure. My transaction is stuck at Daraz end. Please check your Easypaisa/JazzCash Merchant ledger. Refund to my Daraz Wallet or original JazzCash immediately. I have proof from JazzCash." Aur saath JazzCash transaction ID ka screenshot lagao. 2. Daraz Wallet Limit ka proof mango: Daraz ko bolo "Where is it written that over 50K cannot be transferred to wallet? Show me T&C" - Ye rule unki app pe mention nahi hai to unko refund dena parega. 3. Is complaint pe Transaction ID likho: Aapne amount nahi likha - Kitna bheja tha? 55K? 60K? Aur JazzCash Transaction ID (TID) yahan comment me lagao - Daraz team 312 views se track karegi. Agar 24 ghante me na aaye to: State Bank - Sunwai Portal pe complaint karo - "Daraz Wallet" ke against - Wahan se Daraz foran paisa bhej deta hai.
