Consumer Complaint Regarding Refund and Mismanagement of Orders

I placed an online order (Order No. 1013032412) and made an advance payment. The order was later cancelled by the company, and when I contacted customer support for a refund, I was advised that the order would be replaced and that I should not receive the Cash on Delivery order (Order No. 1013033258) that I had placed afterward.
However, both orders were dispatched and delivered, causing confusion and financial inconvenience due to the company’s negligence and poor coordination.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct the company to process the refund for the cancelled order immediately and take necessary action to protect consumer rights.
