consignments lost

Attached are four consignment slips from Leopard Courier Services. The consignments were booked on 4th & 10th of April and 2nd and 9th of May 2023. However, no proper tracking was provided by the company and upon inquiry different versions were communicated as the helpline which is rarely accessible nowadays were of the view that the consignments have been stolen at Rawalpindi contact or regional office, regional office representative who was least concerned after processing claim that only CEO is authorised to sign claims and he is abroad (12 days ago). With more than 40 days passed from the date of first claim and consistent inquiries none of the company representatives who are least bothered to contact.
