Complaint Regarding Wrong Payment Transfer from Easypaisa to JazzCash

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding a wrong payment transfer that occurred from my Easypaisa account to a JazzCash account by mistake.
Details of the transaction are as follows:-
Sender Name: Naseer Abbas
Sender Easypaisa Account No.:0340 4285912
Receiver JazzCash Account No.: 0306 5199412
Transaction ID: 43395509454
Date & Time of Transaction: 13-12-2025 (17:25) Time
Amount Transferred: PKR 7000/-
Due to an unintentional error, the amount was transferred to the wrong JazzCash number. I kindly request you to please investigate this matter and assist me in reversing or recovering the transferred amount at the earliest possible ttime
