Complaint against Kashish brand for delivery delay and refund refusal

I ordered from kashish brand on May 28, with delivery fixed for June 8. They lied daily saying "will dispatch tomorrow" and failed to send it by the 8th. On June 9, they lied again that it was shipped, but after multiple calls, the tracking showed they dispatched it on June 9 at 2:00 PM. When I demanded a refund for this delayed service, they refused, claiming a "No Refund Policy." They vanished from WhatsApp from Friday to Tuesday, providing highly irresponsible and pathetic customer service. Public must beware of their lies and scams. Such fake brands should be boycotted so they stop causing mental agony to consumers
