Battery charging issue and draining issue

I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 pro 8 days ago .. i faced battery issue alot. It takes 1 hour and 30 min to charge or sometimes it takes 1 hour and 45 min to charge.. in minimal use battery only stays 1 day or 20 hours . My flyer was missed place .. please claim my warranty or refund me. I'm a Redmi user and your customer for almost last 6 years.
