Amount deduction

Hello easypaisa team!

I have subscribe monthly offer from my Telenor app on Rs 640 for the number 034*******3121. The required amount Rs 640 is deducted from my easypaisa account 03430932441 but didn't get the offer please resolve the problem refund the balance.
