Amount Deducted twice

I want to complain about Easypaisa. I had some money in my Easypaisa wallet which was intended to be used for clearing my Foodpanda rider wallet. As riders, we have to deposit the app wallet amount in Easypaisa to clear our Foodpanda wallets.
My package was about to expire, and I opened the app to subscribe to the package. When I entered the number and hit "pay now," the app froze for a minute. Being a power user, I kept my calm and waited for it to respond. While the app was frozen, it showed a network error.
Once the app responded, I checked my inbox and was surprised to see that I was charged twice for the same transaction. I immediately called the helpline and explained the issue. BUT NO RESPOND
