Amount deducted but mobile package not activated

I tried to activate a mobile data package through JazzCash by selecting the "Get without loan" option. The amount of Rs. 130 was deducted from my JazzCash account, but the package was not activated. I did not receive any confirmation message, and no data was added to my account. Kindly investigate this issue and either activate the package or refund the deducted amount.
