acount not login due to dormant state

Dear Team Jazz Cash:
My jazz cash account has become dormant, I complained, they asked for passport, ID card, visa photo and date of return to Pakistan, I sent all this, after that they asked me to write an application for dormancy. I wrote it but after that I did not get any reply, no response, no help
I am very worried my problem is going on for a month but still not resolved.
So I request JazzCash team to activate my account as soon as possible
