Account reactivation

Aoa sir my JazzCash account number 03006*****38 is freezed from 10 days without any reason and conformation i complained on 4444 JazzCash helpline number and told them my account is freezed they asked me to provide my id details i provided them all my required information then JazzCash agent sent a COM2417190 complain tracking id on my number and said me that my complaint is approved and my account will be reactivated in 3 days now today its been more then a week my account is not reactivated yet n today i received another complain COM2456650 on my number jazzcash informing me that your complaint is solved i had 5775pkr in my JazzCash account im so helpless kindly solve this issue Asap as i have provided all my required information.
