Account blacklist

My easypaisa account has been blacklisted because I have received transaction amount 3000rs from my sister's Habib Metro bank.
After then my account has been blacklisted , I have done my transaction with my sister before this. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and kindly open my easypaisa app from blacklist.
