I have launched complain of fraud transaction again account number 2302282538192 UBL, Muhammad shafique and my complain number is C0508240033. Yesterday I received an email fromm Meezan bank. My complain is closed but my issue is still pending. I deposited most of proves and I have voice recordings about scamm. It is my humble request to consider my complain and return my amount as soon as possible. I will grateful for your kind considerations.

They blocked my netbanking anf everytime I call customer support. They ask and save verification but they don't enable my Netbanking even after waiting for 24 hours. Useless and very bad manners of customer support team.

I withdrew Rs 110,000 from my account in cash on 22nd March 2023. All the notes were of Rs 1000 including a pack of 100. Upon submitting the cash today 12th April 2023 to another bank, they discovered a fake note in the pack of 100. I immediately informed the bank but they said it was your responsibility to ensure that the money was genuine. This is a serious trust issue. Kindly request the bank to refund my 1000rs otherwise i cant continue using UBL bank.

UBL has been deducting lakhs of rupees under Zakat scheme from my account in Pakistan which my elderly and retired parents use for daily living. My parents were told Zakat will not be deducted after they provided an affidavit and declaration. The manager also assured them that money will not be deducted. My parents visited the branch on many occasions to confirm this at the Safoora Branch, Karachi. They were misled to believe that their money is safe and now they have lost lakhs of rupees. The staff has not guided them on any reversal process. Please take this into consideration and resolve this issue for my elderly parents.
I have also reached out to customer support and not received any updates or guidance regarding this urgent issue.

Not recommended !!!
It's been 5 days and my credit card is still blocked. Now, they are not even picking the call even when I wait for 45 minutes. I've been trying to reach them for 4 days, via email and complained about it on the website as a well. Two days ago they told me that anti fraud department will call you back but I haven't received any call from their so called anti fraud department. I have called'em more than 15 times in 5 days and wasted balance of more than 700rs.
If you want to waste your time and money then just open an account in UBL.

I am extremely disappointed with the call service provided by UBL Bank, hence, I give it a rating of 0 stars. Despite promising callbacks for even minor issues, the problems remain unresolved. Additionally, their Android application deserves 0 stars as it blocked my mobile banking access. Moreover, the incompetence displayed by their head office in incorrectly inputting my mobile number and email during sign-up has made it impossible for me to access my account. Overall, my
