JazzCash Payment Successfully Debited but Not Credited to Quotex
On 21 June 2026, I made a successful JazzCash payment of Rs. 5,982 (approximately $20) to Quotex. The amount was deducted from my JazzCash account successfully (Transaction ID: 715427934263), but it has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account.
JazzCash has officially confirmed in writing that the payment was successfully posted to the merchant and the complaint was resolved from their side. However, Quotex still says the payment is under verification and has neither credited my account nor issued a refund, despite more than 14 days having passed.
I have repeatedly contacted both JazzCash and Quotex and attached all relevant evidence, including the payment receipt, JazzCash confirmation email, and Quotex screenshots.

"Bro, I deposited 2800 PKR on Quotex, but the payment failed. However, the money was deducted from my Easypaisa account. They had given their Easypaisa number when I clicked on 'Deposit'. decrease withdraw funds
my quotex acount was close but quotex give accesss to my accout for funds withdraw. but when i start with draw there was not enough mony that was i send easypaisa account to quotex from yours chanel who can withdraw my funds from my account please release my funds.
my balnce was 69000 pkr but now they show only 6900 that was i withdraw last night.

Deposit failed
I have deposited $100 on 16th of December. Payment deducted from my wallet successfully , i already uploaded payment proof. Still I didn’t see balance in my account. Solving my problem , it should be resolved. I am waiting for your positive response. Please sort it out as soon as possible. Thanks

My problem is still not resolved. I deposited $100 in Quotex almost a 1 month ago, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Quotex is saying they haven’t received the deposit, but the money has been withdrawn from my Easypaisa wallet
