رابطہ نمبر 03000381246 جناب عالی MCB بینک گزارش ہے کہ میرا MCB اکا ونٹ1588039191013451 بلاک کردیا گیا ہے اکا ونٹ میں رقم روکی گئی ہے جو میرے ساتھ سرا سر بینک زیادتی کر رہا ہے میں حلف دیتا ہوں کہ میرا کوئی تعلق نہیں کسی فراڈ ادارے سے اور نہ میرا کوئی تعلق ہے کسی فراڈ بندے سے اور حلف دیتا ہوں کے میں نے رقم مختلف داوكاندار اور مختلف لوگو ں سے اپنے اکاو نٹ میں جمع کروائی اور یہ رقم میں نے اپنی جمع رکھی تا کے ضرورت پر نکالوں میں خد بھی ایک چھوٹا سا دكاندار ہوں اور حلف دیتا ہوں کے میں نے کوئی فراڈ نہیں کیا اور لین دین میں بھی کوئی ہیرا پھیری نہیں کی نہ دھوکہ کیا اور جناب عالی بنک میرا بینا قصور میرے ساتھ زیادتی کی جا رہی ہے میں حلف دیتا ہوں کہ میں نے کوئی فراڈ نہی کی

I am being charged for nothing
I did 2 online transaction on May 19 & May 24 which was around 32k cost but i got charged almost 2.8k tax with several names i called the helpline the helpline person said he can’t do anything he can inly guide so i asked him to guide me how to solve this he said mail it to mcb bank so i did it so i got text message from mcb after 2 days we are looking into it then after 2 to 3 days they rejected my request & said we can’t give back your moneu after that i haven’t used mcb till my client from us sent me money in my account which i didn’t moved to other bank after that i received money from my friend in my account as it increases nearly one lac .. 2 days back i did mobile load to my father mobile no & on this transaction i got charged 1955

Wrong Tax apply
I am writing to you with regards to the taxes being applied by MCB Bank on my remittance. I am a freelancer and the amount I am receiving is against my IT services. However, I have noticed that the bank is applying a tax rate of 1% instead of the correct tax rate of 0.25%.
I would like to bring to your attention that this is illegal and I request you to rectify this matter immediately. I urge you to look into this issue and make sure that the correct tax rate is applied to my remittance as per the rules and regulations set by the tax authorities.
I would appreciate it if you could respond to this email at your earliest convenience and confirm the actions taken by the bank to rectify this matter.
