Irresponsible and Non Professional behaviour
M&P Courier Jalalpur Jattan office management is highly irresponsible and Non-Professional. They neither contact upon arrival of parcels, nor they call the receiver. Instead they keep the parcel with them and receiver is indirectly blackmailed to visit shop and receive parcel. They even returned my 2 parcels recently without contacting. The same happens with other customers on daily basis.

I am Muhammad Yahyaa, i booked parsal 2-11-2024 but My parsal is not received he show Destination Karachi. But My correct address is Civil Veterinary Hospital Tehsil Khairpur Tamewali District Bahawalpur Punjab Pakistan.please send my parsal on correct address thank. i am also call many times on costumer service but he didn't solved my issues

HERE IN THOKAR RAIWIND ROAD LAHORE M&P OFFICE A PERSON NAME [email protected] HE IS SO CHEAP PERSON AND DO'NT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER.
1ST HE POST MY VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT AT WRONG ADDRESS AND TOLD ME THAT GIVE YOUR WHATS APP NUMBER I WILL SEND YOU SLIP. AFTER POSTING AT WRONG ADDRESS I ASKED HIM ABOUT REASON WHY YOU POST MY DOCUMENT AT WRONG ADDRESS HE IS START MISBEHAVE WITH ME. AND TYING TO DEFEND HIMSELF AND SAID ITS YOUR MISTAKE BECAUSE I PUT PHONE NUMBER AND I FOUND THIS ADDRESS SO I POST IT ON THAT ADDRESS. EVEN 18-10-2024 HE POST MY PARCEL AT SAME ADDRESS AND SAME PHONE NUMBER I SHOW HIM THE OLD SLIP THAT LOOK ITS YOUR SLIP THEN HOW YOU SEND MY PARCEL AT WRONG ADDRESS BUT HE START MISBEHAVE.

The used to malpractice. They deliver COD parcel on time because they got more commission. On the other hand they do not pay attention to paid parcels second they didn't receive calls on their office

I would like to inform you that's my parcel received in Karachi from lahore which had a special instructions to deliver after 6 pm and yesterday rider called me and said we can't deliver after 5 pm after and today he called me and said apka parcel hai so I said kindly wait 5 to 10 mins I m coming home in 5 min and he said abey ustad Mai itni dayer wait nai karonga is this way to talk to customer is this the way to treat customer such a worst services I hope you understand my issue rider name taffazul.

On 08-06-24 I delivered the order first it was on hold. After compliing many times it was delivered but they also got fake status updated. When I checked the status the order was delivered at 12:34. It happened and at 12:43 the status was updated that the address is incomplete. It will be the fastest rider who delivers in 10 minutes and the status is also updated. I complained again and got fake delivery.
....delivered at 13:53 and status updated at 14:04 that Incomplete address due to which it was not delivered and I am complaining again today M&p currier management very poor

Lost Shipments Case and Faisalabad Team not solving it
Hello,
I am an ecommerce business owner and we have a case of few lost parcels (also mentioned on M&P portal) where as Faisalabad team is not proving any support in those. Pending form last 5 months & we have been chasing them since then. Can we get any support from here?

Worst delivery service
Worst ever delivery and customer service experience... perhaps the ifea of this service was to annoy people with pathetic service and holding on to their packages for months without informing the customer so the customer feels completely helpless and lost not knowing whereabouts of his/her package
