Request for Assistance in Recovering Transferred Funds
Dear EasyPaisa Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a transaction issue that has occurred with my EasyPaisa account.
Earlier today, on [15/06/2024], I initiated a transfer of [1000] PKR from my EasyPaisa account with the transaction ID 28814715817 to another account. Unfortunately, due to an oversight, I mistakenly entered the wrong recipient account number. Consequently, the funds were transferred to an unintended recipient.
Could you please assist me in recovering the transferred amount of [amount] PKR? The details of the transaction are as follows:

Refund Problem
I tried to make a transaction for a ufone mobile package bundle, my transaction was being failed. I tried 3 times but it failed every time. Despite that, money was deducted 3 times and i did not get bundle even once on my simcard. Kindly look in to it and resolve this issue.
