I ordered a trouser from an Instagram seller operating under the username “Denim600” on Cash on Delivery. After receiving the trouser, I contacted the seller because there was a size issue. The seller agreed to exchange it and instructed me to send the parcel back.
I returned the parcel through TCS as instructed by the seller. The parcel was delivered to the seller, but it has now been around 10 days. The seller has neither sent the replacement article nor responded to my messages.
I request that appropriate action be taken against the seller and that I receive either the agreed replacement article or a refund of my payment.
