I buy kids suit Unfortunately size was too small.next day, visited store to request an exchange. Initially sales boy told larger size wasnt avalb he said he would check.I decided ttake the suit home, try it on my child & return the next day if it did not fit.
When we returned the nxt day one of the sales boy signaled from a distance that suit would not be exchanged.another sales boy informed us size unavailable they would also not allow us to exchange it for any other suit i find this policy completely unreasonable.If a customer purchases a product and fafaces a genuine size issue, does that mean they are forced to keep As a result, I have left the suit at your store, and I still have the original purchase receipt. I request that you invest
