I'm extremely disappointed with Asam Jofa's service because I have very bad experience with the as Jofa . I placed my first order, a three-piece ready-to-wear dress, on April 3rd, but it's yet to arrive. After multiple follow-ups, the helpline agent informed me the item was out of stock and would be delivered upon restocking. However, despite the product being restocked, I haven't received any updates, emails, or my dress. It's been 16 days, and my complaint remains unresolved. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, and I'm extremely frustrated with their customer service.
